Tran focuses on managing and protecting Foley Family Wines’ growing portfolio of wine brands and advising the company on its contract and consumer data privacy needs, regulatory matters, liquor laws, transactions, and other legal matters.
Tran joined the Foley organization from Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie where she assisted clients with regulatory matters, liquor and gaming licensing, transactions, land-based gaming, Internet gaming, Tribal gaming, and contests and sweepstakes.
Tran holds a BA from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a JD from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law. Tran is a proud San Francisco native.
