EOS is named after the Greek Goddess of Dawn, who was cursed by Aphrodite for having an affair with Ares. Her punishment was an insatiable appetite for young men. At EOS – the winery – we’re just as passionate as our namesake, but our insatiable appetite is focused towards producing great wines from California.

EOS originated in Paso Robles in the mid-1980s.Today our collection includes varietally correct California style wines with a focus on consistency and quality at an exceptional value. These wines are sourced from premier vineyard sites in California’s best AVAs.
