As Vice President of Human Resources, Haas oversees all aspects of human resources management for more than 500 full time employees and their dependents. She manages compliance, recruiting, staffing, benefits, training, and development across all Foley Family Wines US properties and remote offices.
Haas has two decades of Bay area food and beverage HR experience with FFW, Epic Wines & Spirts, Kunde Family Wines, Vintage Wine Estates and G&G Specialty Foods.
Haas lives in Santa Rosa with her three children.
