30 Jul Foley Family Wines & Spirits Appoints Lindsey Eddy-Cort as SVP, DTC.
Santa Rosa, Calif., July 30, 2024 – Family-owned Foley Family Wines & Spirits (FFWS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lindsey Eddy-Cort as Senior Vice President, DTC. In her role, Eddy-Cort will oversee the direct-to-consumer business including club membership, e-commerce, and guest experiences for the company’s seventeen winery estates and distilleries in California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada.
Most recently Eddy-Cort served as Vice President of Consumer Sales and Hospitality at Distinguished Wine Partners, leading the strategy and execution of the company’s direct-to-consumer channel, managing hospitality, guest services, events, E-commerce, and outbound sales. Eddy-Cort brings a diverse background in fine wine hospitality and sales spanning two decades. Before joining Distinguished Vineyards, she helped to grow the direct-to-consumer business at Gallo Winery for ten years, and championed diversity and inclusivity in the wine industry by co-creating J Winery’s Shifting the Lens initiative.
“Lindsey has a track record of success in driving excellence in customer experience, sales, and operational efficiency while developing high-performing teams,” said Shawn Schiffer, FFWS President. “Her experience and expertise will help Foley Family Wines & Spirits as we grow our DTC business and enter new categories through organic growth, acquisitions, and new product development.”
Eddy-Cort holds a Level 4 diploma from WSET, a level 2 certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers and is a Certified Specialist of Wine. She is based in the FFWS Santa Rosa headquarters and resides in Windsor, California.
